Starting from improving hardware of production, Fengshun
Railroad Accessories Co., Ltd has invested a lot to introduce
a large amount of superior machinery manufacture devices
from abroad. Currently, it has owned advanced plate processing
machines to ensure good quality of our products, such as
Japanese AMADA bending machine; Canadian ACCURSHEAR bending
machine and plate shearing machine; Japanese AMADA numerical
control turret punch press machine, etc.
At present, aluminum cellular plates and aluminum-plastic
plates have been widely used in rail transport. Our company
has introduced automatic continuous compound production lines
from Germany for producing aluminum cellular plates and aluminum-plastic
plates, which applies high-strength thermoplastic adhesive
system to change the domestic traditional ways of manually,
single-plate manufacturing, so as to enhance the production
efficiency. These devices with outstanding quality have paved
the way for our products with advanced quality.
Full sets of Japanese-originated RANSBURG paint coating production
line which so far applies one of the best coating technologies
around the world is selected as our coating device to guarantee
our products with superior smoothness and zero color difference.
The whole coating production line is controlled by computers
in the control center to conduct control on the whole process.
Filtration System in the 10,000 degree dustless workroom
can efficiently prevent any dust from polluting the coated
products.
